My Menu Plan Week #1 {THM Approved}

Here goes another week of the Trim Healthy Mama weight loss plan! This menu is duel serving. I listed items that I’ll be making for myself that stick to the Trim Healthy Mama food plan and I’ve also listed any variations that I’m doing for my hubby and kids who are not (or at least not really, I say as my husband has lost more than I have, le sigh) on the plan with me. For what I am eating on plan, I indicated whether they are S (Satisfying) meals, E (Energizing), and/or FP (Fuel Pull) items. And I italicized any variations that are for my husband and/or boys.

Monday

  • Breakfast
    • cheese omelet {S}
    • oatmeal for the boys
  • Lunch
    • Progresso Light soup* {E}
  • Dinner
    • Spicy Philly Cheese Steak Stuffed Green Peppers {S}
    • side salad with Homemade Tarragon Ranch {S}

Tuesday

  • Breakfast
    • cheese omelet {S}
    • scrambled eggs with cheese for the boys
  • Lunch
    • leftovers {S}
  • Dinner
    • Pizzketti {recipe coming soon} {S}
    • broccoli with butter and cheese {S}

Wednesday

  • Breakfast
    • cheese omelet {S}
    • homemade waffles for the boys
  • Lunch
    • leftovers {S}
  • Dinner
    • Low Carb Big Mac Pie {S}
    • Crispy Baked Parmesan Green Bean “Fries” {FP}

Thursday

  • Breakfast
    • Fat Stripping Frappa (page 240 in the book) {FP}
    • oatmeal for the boys
  • Lunch
    • leftovers {S}
  • Dinner
    • chili made with ground turkey {E}
    • side salad {E}

Friday

  • Breakfast
    • Fat Stripping Frappa (page 240 in the book) {FP}
    • fried eggs with nutritional yeast for the boys
  • Lunch
    • Chili Dog Casserole (using leftover chili) {E}
  • Dinner
    • Baked Salmon with Lemon and Dill {FP}
    • brown rice {E}
    • seasnoned broccoli

Saturday

  • Breakfast
    • Fat Stripping Frappa {page 240 in the book} {FP}
    • eggs for my hubby and boys
  • Lunch
    • leftovers {E}
  • Dinner
    • Progresso Light soup* {E}
    • side salad {FP}
    • pizza for hubby and kids

Sunday

  • Breakfast
    • Fat Stripping Frappa {page 240 in the book} {FP}
    • goodies provided at church for my hubby and boys
  • Lunch

  • Dinner
    • Low Carb Chicken Enchiladas {S}

      Hi, Jacqueline. ๐Ÿ™‚ Yes, I do often enjoy snacks and “indulge” in snacks–all plan-approved, of course. I don’t list them because they change based on how I feel at the moment and what we have on hand. ๐Ÿ™‚
