How to Menu Plan - Measuring Flower

Menu planning is not only a great way to keep organized, but it also helps to reduce stress, add variety to your meals, and even save money. If you don’t already have a menu planning system established in your home, I highly recommend you start one. You may have to try a variety of different methods prior to settling upon your favorite. And even then it may change as time goes on and your family moves from one life season to the next.

To help you get started (or perhaps to give you some fresh ideas if you’re already a regular menu planner), here are a few reasons why to menu plan, when to menu plan, and a variety of ways to do it.

Those are all great reasons to meal plan! I love it. I’ve been successful at planning a few weeks in a row, but I’d love to plan out a whole month and see how I can stick to a grocery budget instead of always going over it.

    Thanks for this post!
