Lady Cup Review

Affiliate Disclosure

{Attention men: TMI warning!} Lady Cup is a European based business that was founded in 2010. They sell very colorful menstrual cups made from medical grade silicone.

I was sent a cloth pad and two Lady Cups (one in each size).

Here’s a view of the two cups side by side. The smaller cup is usually used by women who are under 30 years of age and who have never given birth while the bigger one is used by women who are 30 or over or any woman who has given birth (whether naturally or via c-section.

Both cups have fairly long “tails,” which can be clipped a little at a time to make it comfortable to wear. I was surprised. Being 30 years old and having given birth, I still found the smaller cup to be more comfortable and to perform a better job.

The pad that I received was thin and good for very light flow. I found it perfect for wearing while wearing the menstrual cup to catch any overflows.

Plus the cloth pad can be folded into a compact little bundle for easy peasy storage.

You can purchase a lady cup online at Amazon.
