Here’s how to julienne a bell pepper without wasting any part of it. You can julienne by cutting the ends off, but I like this method because it doesn’t waste any of it.
– Cut the pepper in half like this.
– Using your first and middle fingers, pull out the fleshy, seedy core from both halves.
– Here’s how the pepper looks after removing the core.
– Start to julienne.
– When you get to the highest point on the pepper tilt it over and continue to julienne.
