Choosing the Right Diffuser {Plus an Infographic}

Affiliate Disclosure

So you’re ready to take the plunge and dive into the wonderful world of Young Living essential oils! You know that you really want to get a diffuser {since the diffuser Premium Starter Kits are for sure the best starting point kits}, but you have a slight problem. You don’t know which diffuser to get!

Choosing the Right Diffuser

As of now, there are 5 diffuser options with the Premium Starter Kit. Each one is totally awesome, sure, but which is the right one for you and your home? To help you out, let me introduce you to each of these 5 diffusers and give you a little information about each. Also, don’t forget to check out the infographic I created at the bottom of this post!

Home Diffuser

The Home Diffuser is the most basic diffuser that is perfect for newbies. Featuring a gorgeous, rose-inspired design, this ultrasonic diffuser is custom designed with an ambient light that can be shut on or off, a continuous diffusion setting, and a 30-second intermittent diffusion setting. Eliminate odors or influence the mood in any average-sized bedroom in your home with the Home Diffuser.

homeBamboo Diffuser

IMPORTANT NOTE: Alas, the Bamboo Diffuser is no longer available with a Premium Starter Kit! However, it is still available to be ordered through Young Living. 😀

The Bamboo Diffuser is one of my favorites. It features an elegant, bamboo-inspired design that looks perfect in any room and with any decor. This diffuser has 2 continuous diffusion settings–one that lasts 1 hour and one that lasts 4 hours. It has a soft, LED ambient light that can be shut off and the diffuser runs very quietly.

bambooDewdrop Diffuser

The Dewdrop Diffuser is another of my favorites. This diffuser features a pleasant teardrop {or dewdrop} shape and it is more than just a diffuser–it also functions as a humidifier and an atomizer. It has one mode of operation that provides 4 hours of continuous diffusion and it has a cozy, blue ambient light that can be shut off. The Dewdrop is my favorite to diffuse oils during times our immune systems need extra support.

dewdropRainstone Diffuser

The sleek, easy-to-use Rainstone Diffuser is handmade with ceramic by trained artisans. It features 8 modes of continuous ultrasonic diffusion {choose from time spans of 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 6 hours, or 8 hours}. It has a soft LED light, a negative ionizer setting, and the whole show is run using a remote.

rainstoneAria Diffuser

The beautiful, uniquely designed Aria Diffuser features a lovely wooden base and a smooth glass bulb. This quiet, naturalistic diffuser comes with a handy remote and can even play music. It is perfect for the die-hard yoga enthusiast or for use in a spa or massage therapist’s office.
