Are you running out of or simply lacking in counter space? Or do you just like a tidy station to keep things organized? If yes, then a kitchen cart may be for you.
Kitchen carts come in handy for numerous reasons. They can be used for everything from providing that extra counter space for a microwave or toaster oven to creating a well-arranged and convenient station for specific items or tasks.
My utmost favorite kitchen cart is the EcoStorage Bamboo one made by Trinity. This cart looks like it came straight out of a commercial kitchen. It’s sturdy, beautiful, and super functional. In just a moment, I’m going to give you 5 uses for Trinity’s EcoStorage Bamboo Kitchen Cart, but, first, let me introduce you to this beautiful, handy cart’s amazing features.
Discover It
Trinity’s EcoStorage Bamboo Cart is sturdy, beautiful, and reminds me of the beloved carts I often used when cooking up a storm in professional kitchens.
What’s unique about Trinity’s cart is the top. It has a gorgeous, bamboo cutting board with a groove all around the border to prevent liquids from dripping off (such as from extra juicy tomatoes). This cutting board is removable for easy washing. If you’d rather not have the cutting board, you could leave it off the unit and use its spot as a top shelf. This top shelf can hold up to 200 pounds.
Below the cutting board (or top shelf) is a handy 4-inch deep basket (perfect for all kinds of things from bread and fruit to bowls or baking dishes). This basket can hold up to 65 pounds of stuff. Just below the basket is another shelf which also can hold 200 pounds.
On one side of the unit are 4 hooks. These are helpful for hanging utensils, towels, pans, or whatever. One thing I plan on eventually getting to hang on mine is one or a few of these super cute hanging ceramic planters.
Another helpful feature of the cart is the handlebar. This makes it easy to maneuver so you can move it about your kitchen. Or you can hang a towel on it.
A few more clever features:
- The bottom shelf and basket are adjustable by 1-inch increments.
- The wheels swivel, making it easier to maneuver the cart.
- Two of the wheels lock so you can make it stay put as necessary.
5 Uses for This Cart
Now for 5 ways to use this cart. If you can think of any more, please share your ideas in a comment below!
- A baking station. Put your stand mixer and a container of baking utensils (spatulas, whisks, etc.) on the top; other baking tools in the basket (bowls, hand mixer, rolling pin, etc.), and basic baking ingredients on the bottom shelf (flour, sugar, etc.).
- A produce prep station. Keep a block of knives and a scraper on the top, your produce (fruits and veggies) in the basket, and some bowls and a colander on the bottom shelf. Hang a rag and some cleanser on the hooks.
- A sandwich station. Store a panini grill and a container of tools (such as a serrated knife with a sheath, spatulas for spreading condiments, and so on) on the top, bread and tortillas in the basket, and other non-perishable related things (such as chips or crackers) on the bottom shelf.
- A beverage station for a party. Place a few large beverage dispensers (like these) on the top; things like sugar cubes, straws, a bowl of lemon wedges, and so on in the basket; and glass cups or mason jars (upside down to prevent drips from getting into them) on the bottom shelf.
- A coffee station. Keep the coffee pot, a container of spoons or stir sticks, and containers for sugar and cream on the top; mugs in the basket; and a coffee grinder, a jar full of coffee beans, and a jar with coffee filters on the bottom shelf.

Good morning TJ, I’d use the Trinity’s EcoStorage Bamboo Kitchen Cart for my Kitchen as the center of attention and enjoy the top as a constant cutting block, the 2nd shelves to house my spices, bowls, the 3rd bottom shelf to house my coke themed appliances that I use often to have at easy reach and be able to display them with the sturdiness of the pretty complete base of the 500 lb total weight unit cart. The surface chrome is really nice and I’d use the sides to house my many utensils as you did in your gorgeous idea useful display. I love that aqua colors you have incorporated to your cart. What a great review you’ve shared with us readers, the photo’s are so vivid and welcoming to enjoy. Thank you
