How to Make a Direct Link to Follow via GFC {For Blogger Users}

Affiliate Disclosure

gfc

Click here. Pretty cool, huh? If you would like to be able to make a direct link so others can follow you via GFC without the need of searching your sidebars for your widget (consider using this in your Rafflecopter forms) or would like to place this near your existing widget for when it doesn’t appear, here’s how to do it!

1. Log in to your Blogger account.
2. Click on “New Post.”
3. While your New Post is in draft, look at the URL. See where it says “blogID=”? Copy the number that follows it–all the way up to the pound (#) sign (click the image to enlarge it).
4. Now to create the link. Replace blogID (only the part in orange) in the URL below with the number you just copied from your New Post.

http://www.blogger.com/follow-blog.g?blogID=blogID

5. And that’s it! Anchor it to text (Follow Me!) and you’re set.
