Kerry Gilmartin founded Bamboobies out of necessity. She discovered that, even when wearing thick cotton breast pads, she still had issues with leaking milk. I absolutely love and adore this bundle. It is the perfect set of products for any new mom and would be excellent to give as a baby shower gift.

The regular, heart-shaped nursing pads are just the right size, feel so smooth and soft, and do their job very well. They are thin enough and shaped just so that they are essentially invisible beneath clothing (no embarrassing lumps). Plus, because they are made using bamboo, they don’t get cold when wet.

The overnight nursing pads are equally as soft and comfortable. They stay put inside my bra and are a sweet escape from awaking in a puddle of milk. And they also don’t get cold when wet.

The Boob♥ease Soothing Therapy Pillows are probably my favorite items. I, like most women, have pretty painful nipples when I’m first nursing until a proper latch is learned and a groove is settled into. These pillows made it less of an excruciating experience by easing the pain. Plus, they’re SO easy to use and I love that they are full of something so simple and natural as flax seeds instead of some weird chemical-based gel. Plus, they’re reusable which is another big plus.

I also really like the Nipple Balm. It does a great job to soothe and help my nipples heal. Plus I really, really like that the balm is safe for my baby to ingest because that means that I don’t have to undergo the hassle of wiping it off prior to nursing. Lastly, the balm comes in a small enough container that it’s easy to pop into a purse or diaper bag for use on the go.
